Thank you for shopping at Qulidatex. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped.
- To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@qulidatex.com.
- After order is placed and confirmed, if cancelled, 25% of the amount will be debited and the remaining amount will be returned.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
2. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To start a return, please contact us at support@qulidatex.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and the refund is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@qulidatex.com.
5. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the cost of return shipping only for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
